Hourly rate ranges from $19.23 to $19.48 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Oversee and be accountable for store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age 21.
• Prior retail management experience required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders for in excess of 8 hours, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
