Hourly rate ranges from $15.00 – $15.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

• Support the Store Manager in day‑to‑day operations.
• Develop and train guest‑service staff.
• Control expenses, shrinkage, and inventory.
• Implement merchandising and inventory control procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age 18.
• Prior retail and management experience required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours per day.
