• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational & promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist the guest as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations & visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using remerchandising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising best practices, including signing execution.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms as an opportunity to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from the fitting room and guest service are worked back out to the salesfloor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while complying with laws (including adult beverage regulations).
• Greet guests and engage to help solve their needs; thank guests for shopping with Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories; welcoming attitude toward guests and teammates.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Effective communication skills; able to work independently and with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.
• Capable of handling cash operations; climb ladders; lift up to 44 pounds with/without assistance; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift and work in varying temperatures and elements as required by duties.
