• At least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• A sense of Care in communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels of the organization.
• Minimum age 18 years with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Willingly work nights, weekends, and holidays as part of a flexible schedule. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work on time.
• Consistent schedule with availability of at least 20 hours per week preferred. Hours typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week). Dependability matters: regular scheduling during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.

The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
