PRong with HP and 2020 Companies to drive sales and create buzz around HP products in a big‑box retailer. Demonstrate products, tailor solutions, and build rapport with customers and store staff.

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy.
• Engage and build rapport with customers to create a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Keep displays clean, functional, and demo‑ready.
• Report sales and provide competitive insights.

• Stable, weekly schedule.
• Next‑day pay on demand via Daily Pay.
• Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Paid online training.
• $25 per month technology reimbursement.

• Earn $250 after 45 days on the job.
• Earn another $250 at the 90‑day mark.

• New hires starting on or after 11/1/25 and before 1/24/26 qualify.
• Eligibility begins after your first in‑store shift and requires completion of 90% of scheduled shifts.
• Must be employed on the program at payout time.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1‑year job experience required.
• Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy person with an outgoing personality.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products.
• Ability to navigate selling processes and overcome objections.
• Retail or customer‑service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus.
• Training or product‑demonstration experience is a plus.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Sell products and services in retail, kiosk, and event environments.

• Direct customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest fitting products.
• Advise customers with product and service information.
• Build customer confidence in selections.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Contribute to team effort and meet related results.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Submit all paperwork accurately.

• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Meet established monthly/weekly sales quotas/goals.
• Customer/client satisfaction measured by rejection percentage and complaints.
