Part Time Lead Server

Touchmark on West Prospect – Appleton, WI is seeking a Lead Dining Room Server to support our team and ensure a warm, welcoming, and high-quality dining experience for our residents and guests.

Starting Pay: $16.00/hour and up (based on experience)
• Part-Time | No Late Nights | Must be Available Holidays & Weekends

• Provide exceptional service by taking meal orders and delivering food in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist in coordinating daily Front of House operations and server schedules
• Lead by example — guide, support, and motivate team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service
• Help set the tone for a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment
• Support special events and catered functions as needed
• Ensure cleanliness and efficiency in the dining area

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Restaurant experience required
• Must be able to work rotating weekend mornings and weekday evening shifts
• Must be available on holidays and weekends
• Ability to lift and carry trays of food and beverages and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (must be able to read, write, and speak English)
• Ability to provide clear direction and support to team members
