Discover Blue Pearl Oak Creek: Formerly known as Lakeshore Veterinary Specialists, serving the community since 2007, acquired by Blue Pearl in 2020. With locations in Glendale, Oak Creek, and Port Washington, Blue Pearl Pet Hospitals in the Milwaukee area offer exceptional specialty and emergency care. Our collaborative environment includes a team of experts across emergency and critical care, exotics care, urgent care, internal medicine, oncology, rehabilitation, veterinary social work, and surgery.

This acquisition has expanded access to high-quality veterinary services across southeast Wisconsin.

We are currently seeking enthusiastic ER veterinarians to join our teams in Port Washington, Glendale, and Oak Creek. Clinicians manage their own cases while working closely with specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care. We offer overnight, swing, and day shifts, averaging 12-14 shifts per month.

• Provide emergency veterinary care and manage cases with independence while collaborating with specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Work in a fully equipped facility to deliver timely, high-quality care for emergency patients.
• Be part of a supportive and collaborative team with on-site social workers and interns to enhance the work environment.

• Emergency veterinarian for part-time or full-time roles; shifts including overnight, swing, and day shifts (approximately 12-14 per month).
• Ability to manage own cases with collaboration from specialists.

• Average Base + Production Compensation Range for Full-time: $150,000-$200,000
• Sign-On Bonus of up to $100,000

• Blue Pearl compensation may include additional shift and weekend differentials. Details discussed with your interviewer.
