Job Type: Full‑time, Part‑time

Nurse Practitioner in Appleton, WI (assist in other clinics as needed).

• Provide patient‑centered medical care under the supervision of our experienced physicians
• Assess both immediate and long‑term patient care needs
• Actively listen to patients’ concerns and deliver root‑cause solutions
• Conduct patient evaluations through interviews, physical exams, and detailed medical histories
• Educate and empower patients to take charge of their health
• Assist with in‑office procedures, as needed

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with board certification in family or adult care
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Current WI licensure
• Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with your colleagues
• A strong commitment to customer service and outstanding communication abilities
• An interest in ENT services and procedures
• A valid driver’s license is required
• Work in our Appleton clinic and assist in Green Bay and Plover clinics, if needed

• Up to 22 days PTO (prorated first year) for full time + paid holidays + CEU days and dollars
