**** Previous travel required - 50 MILE RADIUS RULE - no travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles of Theda Care Corporate in Neenah, WI (101 N Commerical Drive, Neenah, WI)**
Minimum experience required: 3 years of Cath Lab required & at least one travel contract completed
Required skillset:
Circulate IR, Cath & Structural Heart Procedures
Unit information: primary cases/procedure types - Cath, EP, IR, Vascular
On Call:
Minimum of once per week. Weekends and Holidays as needed - 30 min response time
Float:
Throughout facility within skillset, To all Theda Care Facilities - Float to Theda Care Neenah Specials Department
