Production Workers

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in paper and packaging products, is seeking dedicated Production Workers to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Workers

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range:

Shift: Multiple AM and PM Shifts available, including 10 & 12 hour shifts

What's the Job?

• Assist the Operator in meeting production timelines by supporting various line roles
• Open rolls and stage products for manufacturing processes
• Wrap finished products and stage them in designated areas
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Help with machine setup and perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to understand and complete paperwork accurately
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and procedures
• Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
