Qualification
- 5-7 years of manufacturing / process engineering experience
- Ability to read prints
- Proven record of continuous improvement
- Fiberglass experience is a plus
- Automotive / Agricultural experience is preferred
- Floor communication skill is a must….Shop talk…working with assembly workers
- IE work is secondary, but accepted
- Demonstrated focus on safety
- Absolute ability to work within a cross functional team
- Ability to work autonomously when needed
- Tool design experience is preferred
- Basic metrology; calipers, straight edge, measuring tape
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Manufacturing Engineering
