Hours:
Week A:
Mon-Thu 3pm-12am, Fri 3pm-7pm. Week B:
Mon-Thu 3pm-1am.
Reports to:
Production Manager. FLSA Status:
Non-Exempt.

As a screen room operator, you will produce screen printed garments in a highly efficient production environment, bringing customers’ artwork to life.
Responsibilities- Interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
- Conduct daily reclaiming, shooting, coating, tapping, and blocking of all screens as needed.
- Run the reclaim machine, screen coater, or I-Image machines as trained.
- Maintain a clean work environment and a high level of attention to detail.
- Comply with safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Keep an organized workflow for smooth and consistent output.
- Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
- Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.
- High school diploma or equivalent. If you do not have a high school diploma or equivalent, 4imprint will work with you to obtain this within your first year of employment.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced production environment.
- Ability to adapt to a swiftly changing work environment.
- Detail oriented with a professional attitude.
- Can communicate effectively and work independently and as a team player.
- Multi‑tasker ready to act in any situation.
- Organized and focused on the details that matter.
- Energetic and sets a positive example for others.
