Packaging Line Operator - Material Handling | $16.96/hr | Appleton, WILocation: Appleton, WI
Pay Rate: $16.96 per hour
Schedule: Full-time - The hours for this position would be Monday through Friday 7 am - 3 pm.
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Line Operator to support essential warehouse operations in Appleton, WI. This is a hands-on role with a clearly defined scope of responsibilities and a supportive, safety-focused environment.

Position Overview:

The Packaging Line Operator will work as part of a small team responsible for operating a simple filler line and assisting with material movement, packaging, and labeling. This role requires attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:

• Labeling drums and totes according to specifications
• Packaging filled drums and totes for storage or shipment
• Filling containers by operating a simple push-button filler system
• Material Handling - safely moving materials to/from the warehouse
• Cleaning - keeping the work area organized, safe, and free of debris
• Operate forklift as needed (if certified)

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to become certified)
• Ability to perform basic math and follow written/verbal instructions
• Strong attention to safety and quality
• Physically able to lift and move materials as required
• Good attendance and punctuality
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license may be required

Working Conditions:

• Industrial/warehouse environment
• Regular lifting, standing, and movement throughout the shift
• Required to wear PPE and adhere to all safety guidelines
