Work a job that fits your lifestyle – enjoy a 12‑hour shift on a 2‑2‑3 night shift schedule with three‑day weekends every other weekend! With this schedule, you work half the month, which means half the year.

• Starting pay based on experience, beginning at $23.48/hour + $1.20/hour night shift premium

• As a Machine Assistant, you’ll be making many types of food packaging. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment and contribute to the production of precision components.

• Act as a safety leader and put safety first in all responsibilities
• Read and comprehend production order specifications and requirements of scheduled customer orders
• Complete all required paperwork
  
  Perform quality assurance checks and flag any defective material
• Input accurate data into our computer systems and use Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Keep the facility clean by following a 5S schedule, and be an active participant in all initiatives
• Cross‑train in departments and on machines as needed

• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred
• Willingness to learn and grow in your role
• Bring a passion for safety, quality, and a high‑performing culture

• Work 12‑hour days while walking, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and lifting
• Lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally 100 lbs
• Perform visual inspections using measurement devices and identifying and distinguishing colors
