Job Overview

Printing Press Production Supervisor, FLSA Status:
Non‑Exempt.

Hours:

Monday‑Friday, 6:30 am–3:00 pm.

Reports to:

Screen.

Background Check, Education Verification, Drug Test, References, Pre‑Work Screen.

• Interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution.
• Setup, operate, and troubleshoot a screen‑printing press to decorate garments with customer‑supplied artwork.
• Inspect print quality and graphic placement to ensure high quality, accurate prints.
• Maintain a clean work environment and comply with safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Keep an organized workflow for smooth and consistent output.
• Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
• Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.

• High school diploma or equivalent (or willingness to obtain equivalent within first year of employment).
• Experience working in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Ability to adapt to a swiftly changing work environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a professional attitude.
• Prior experience operating an automatic screen‑printing press, DTG machine, or embroidery machine.
• Strong communication skills; able to work independently and as a team player.
• Multi‑tasker, organized, focused on details that matter.
• Energetic, sets a positive example for others.
