HOURS:
Schedule A:
Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm to Midnight, Friday 3:00-7:00pm;
Schedule B:
Monday - Thursday, 3pm to 1am (Rotating every week).
REPORTS TO:
Screen Printing Production Supervisor.
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT SCREENING: Background Check, Education Verification, References, Drug Test, Pre Work Screen.

As a screen printing press operator on 2nd shift, you will be making our customer s artwork come alive by producing screen printed garments in a highly efficient production environment.
Here s what a typical day might look like. These are the essential functions of the job. Other duties may be assigned. Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis:

- Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot a screen-printing press to decorate garments with customer-supplied artwork in an efficient high production environment.
- Inspect print quality and graphic placement to ensure high quality, accurate prints.
- Maintain a clean work environment. Comply with safety procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Keep an organized workflow for smooth and consistent output.
- Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
- Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.
- You might be a fit for this position if you are: able to effectively communicate with others (verbally and in writing) as well as work independently and as a team player; fluent with alphanumeric data and working with machinery or production equipment; a multi-tasker who is ready to act in any situation; organized and focused on the details that matter; someone who enjoys change and trying new things;
energetic and sets a positive example for others. - Required education/skills/experience: High school diploma or equivalent. If you do not have a high school diploma or equivalent, 4imprint is an organization committed to learning and curiosity. We ll work with you on your journey to earning this equivalency within your first year of employment. Experience working in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to adapt to a swiftly changing work environment.
