ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Work as a team player to help the team hit production goals.
- Act as a contributing member of the 1st shift employee involvement team.
- Create a positive assembly team atmosphere.
- Willingness to cross‑train in other tasks.
- Good manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
- Ability to stand for 12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Adherence to the Industrial Equipment Production Guidelines.
