• Work as a team player to help the team hit production goals.
• Act as a contributing member of the 1st shift employee involvement team.
• Create a positive assembly team atmosphere.

• Willingness to cross‑train in other tasks.
• Good manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination.
• Ability to stand for 12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Adherence to the Industrial Equipment Production Guidelines.
