🚨 We’re Hiring: CNC Lathe Machinist
Location: Appleton, WI
Full-Time
1st or 2nd Shift (2 Shift: 3-Day Workweek - Work 36 Hours, Get Paid for 40!)
7% Shift Premium

- Program, set up, and operate Doosan CNC lathes (12-32" chucks) with Fanuc controls
- Work on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines in a non-production setting
- Collaborate with the team to choose the most efficient machining methods
- Ensure accuracy and part quality based on blueprints and specs
- Follow 6S and safety protocols to maintain a top-tier work environment
- Embrace continuous improvement and innovation in tools, CAD/CAM, and setups
- 3+ years of CNC lathe experience in a job shop environment
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Self-sufficiency with a strong desire to grow and improve
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2nd Shift = 3 Days On, 4 Days Off - consistent long weekends
- 7% shift premium
