• Education:
  
  BS in industrial engineering or related field such as manufacturing or mechanical engineering required
• Experience:
  
  2-3 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Travel: 10-25%
• Work Schedule:
  
  This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday‑Friday; however, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs
• Relocation assistance available if you meet the requirements

• Monitors operations with an eye toward improving productivity and efficiency
• Designs efficient production processes and workflows
• Ensures that processes are designed to ensure that products meet quality standards
• Reduces waste and addresses production issues
• Reviews production schedules, processes and specifications
• Evaluates data to implement technological improvements in production processes
• Implements controls to monitor costs and minimize production issues
• Works with other departments to develop design and production standards
• Prepares inventory analysis and procurement purchase orders to address production needs
• Designs facility layout and personnel requirements in relation to production operations
• Helps to develop instruction manuals, process documentation for production personnel
• Ensures that work processes are safe and addresses safety issues and concerns
• Generates process reports
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned
