** Principal Accountabilities*
* * Troubleshooting and operating packaging equipment
* Verify and record production quantities produced and/or consumed
* Effectively communicate with counter-parts and management during shift exchanges
* Ensure quality of the product meets Food Safety guidelines and customer specifications at packaging
* Perform preventative maintenance on packaging equipment
* Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
* Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
* Other duties as assigned    
** Required Qualifications*
* * Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
* Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility
* Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
* Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Must be able to operate machinery and/or industrial equipment
* Ability to understand and communicate in English(verbal/written)
* High School diploma or Equivalent
* Basic use of a computer
* Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts as customer demand dictates
* Ability to interpret and understand reports, safety/operating procedures & other policies and procedures and utilize equipment checklists
* Ability to perform all phases of the packaging operation    
** Preferred Qualifications*
* * Forklift certified
* Prior manufacturing or military experience
* Ability to work effectively with others as part of a team
* Ability to operate equipment related to the classification
* Ability to perform lubrication, servicing and minor maintenance for equipment related to the classification
