Are you a reliable, mechanically inclined problem-solver who enjoys keeping machines and facilities running smoothly? A to Z Machine is looking for a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician to support our shop, equipment, and facilities.

• 🛠 Perform preventative maintenance on machines and buildings
• 🔍 Troubleshoot, repair, and replace facility and shop equipment
• 🏗 Build and repair benches, tables, and shop fixtures
• 💡 Handle basic facility needs (lighting, plumbing, painting, carpentry)
• 🚚 Assist with equipment and shop moves
• 🛡 Follow 6S, ISO/quality, and safety standards
• 🤝 Support Electrical/Mechanical Technicians as needed

• 🎓 High School Diploma or GED
• 🔧 3+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing
• 🏭 CNC job shop experience preferred
• 🚜 Forklift experience a plus
• 💪 Strong mechanical aptitude and work ethic
• ⚡ Ability to prioritize and work independently
