Work model:
- On-Site
- 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Monday - Friday
- Manage daily business activities, specifically with project management, financial performance, scheduling (including fabrication and installation), and reputation management
- Collaborate with the President to create strategic plans and ensure execution within departments
- Enhance efficiency of operations, strategic planning, and resource management to improve both productivity and profitability
- Oversee department managers to guarantee alignment with client expectations and company objectives
- Promote operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements, resource optimization, and best practices
- Provide mentorship and motivation across teams and departments
- Collaborate with department managers to create and monitor budgets to manage cost control and enhance profitability
- Offer accurate project forecasts, evaluate financial performance, and monitor critical operational metrics
- Foster strong client, subcontractor, regulatory body, and vendor relationships
- Act as the main contact for project-related issues, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution
- Negotiate contracts and manage client expectations during the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental, health, and safety standards
- Foster a safety-focused culture, including completing regular site audits and comprehensive safety training for field staff
- Partner with the executive team to design and implement long-term strategic plans, including resource planning and market expansion
- Track emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and competitiveness
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, civil engineering, or a related field (required)
- Master's degree (preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in construction operations, including 5+ years in senior leadership
- Comprehensive knowledge of operational best practices, construction management principles, and financial oversight
