Pay: $18+ per hour

• Own the look, feel, and freshness of your assigned properties—making sure common areas and shared spaces shine
• Deep clean detailed spaces to world‑class standards—spotless floors, gleaming surfaces, and fresh scents
• Maintain laundry rooms, hallways, and entryways with consistent weekly cleanings
• Keep spaces fresh and inviting by managing scents and odor control
• Travel between multiple properties to ensure all residents experience the same high standard of cleanliness
• Take initiative when something’s off—jump in and make it better without waiting to be told
• Act swiftly on fingerprints, dust, and other details before anyone else notices
• Help with special projects or tasks that support the larger team when needed
• Maintain professional, friendly interactions with residents to make them feel at home through clean spaces and a welcoming vibe
• Organize tasks and manage time efficiently using scheduling tools and team software
• Stay calm and think critically to solve problems that arise during cleaning operations
• Show appreciation for the little things that make all the difference in how a property feels
