Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Insurance Account Service Specialist located in Appleton, WI. In this role, you will assist clients with inquiries regarding their insurance policies, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve account‑related issues. The responsibilities include managing account details, maintaining accurate records, analyzing account data, and supporting the team in customer retention through prompt and effective communication.

You will also collaborate with the sales team to handle transactions or policy‑related financial processes.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Strong Analytical Skills for processing account data and identifying solutions
  • Experience in Account Management to maintain accurate records and support customer needs
  • Knowledge of Finance to address policy‑related billing or transaction inquiries
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Problem‑solving aptitude with a focus on delivering a high‑quality customer experience
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certifications related to insurance or customer service strongly preferred
