Commercial Account Manager

Apex Insurance Group of WI, LLC is an independent agency specializing in comprehensive insurance solutions for businesses and individuals. We provide coverage across various sectors, including Construction, Trucking, Manufacturing, and Agriculture, with expertise in Farm and Federal Crop Insurance. As one of the fastest-growing agencies in Wisconsin, we proudly serve our clients through 12 office locations, including Kaukauna, Eau Claire, West Salem, Brandon, Bloomer, Menomonie, with plans for further expansion.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager located in our Kaukauna office. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and servicing commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing client needs promptly. Key tasks include analyzing client requirements, preparing insurance quotes, maintaining policy documents, and effectively communicating with clients and insurance carriers to ensure satisfaction and policy accuracy.

• Strong client relationship management, customer service, and communication skills
• Proficiency in managing commercial insurance accounts, preparing quotes, and handling policy documentation
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of insurance products, terminology, and regulations within the commercial sector
• Experience with insurance management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Relevant insurance licenses or the ability to obtain, along with industry certifications such as CIC or CISR, is a plus
• Previous experience in the insurance industry or a similar client-focused role
