• Support the Program Manager in executing and overseeing program management and reporting activities for government contracts
• Manage the development and submission of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery
• Ensure deliverables align with contract requirements, including Statements of Work (SOW) and Data Item Descriptions (DIDs)
• Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and monitor schedule performance
• Prepare for program reviews and customer-facing milestone events, ensuring compliance with DoD and customer standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience supporting government programs in a structured contracting environment
• Proven experience managing and delivering government CDRLs
• Working knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle processes and contract compliance requirements
• Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, EVM tools, Jira)

• Experience working within a Department of Defense (DoD) environment
• Proven ability to create, implement, and adhere to standardized templates and documentation governance processes
• Experience supporting formal program reviews and government audits
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a compliance-driven program environment
