Talent Manager
We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based out of our corporate office (Enterprise) in Appleton! The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will primarily assist with our full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering and onboarding candidates, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. In addition, this role will provide general support to the Human Resources department in areas such as onboarding, benefits, compliance, and team member relations.

- Promoting and upholding the Fox Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting activities for positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, developing & negotiating job offers, and providing an exceptional onboarding experience) both internal and external positions with a focus on skills, work experience and organizational culture fit.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, creating offer letters and coordinating onboarding; ensure consistent timely recruiting process from posting through onboarding.
- Partner with leaders on staffing needs and offer advice on hiring decisions
- Collaborating with leaders to review and update job descriptions
- Train new leaders on applicant tracking system
- Manage daily relationships with staffing partners
- Onboarding – Managing the onboarding cycle from recruitment to new team member orientation to ensure exceptional experience
- Conduct New Team Member Orientation – Facilitate and manage all aspects of team members first day experience.
- Talent Brand metrics – assist with maintaining up to date knowledge of trends in area for recruiting, monitor and report on metrics related to recruiting and social media presence (digital recruiting)
- Intake meetings– meet with leaders to review the expectation of the role and selection process.
- Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System and other HR systems
- Supporting affirmative action reporting and compliance processes
- Posting open positions on internal and external job boards as needed
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Providing support as needed with other areas of the HR department
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment including interview notes and related paperwork.
- A two-year college degree or completion of specialized courses of study at a business or trade school with 5 or more years of related experience, or a 4-year degree in related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience is required
- Financial industry experience is a plus
- SHRM, HRCI certification is helpful
- HRIS/ATS experience. ADP Workforce Now a plus
- Strong knowledge of recruiting and HR processes and systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel; experience with HRIS and ATS systems preferred
- Ability to multitask and work independently as well as collaboratively
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organization skills
