- Use cold calling, sourcing tools, and social media platforms to find, engage, and build relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Conduct virtual interviews and manage compliance
- Submit candidates for contract positions across the country
- Crush performance goals and earn uncapped commissions!
- 4+ years experience in agency staffing, sales or business
- Demonstrates the ability to think quickly and confidently in dynamic situations; comfortable navigating ambiguity and learning in real time
- Strong phone presence with excellent conversational and relationship-building skills
- Flexible and adaptable; able to pivot strategies when something isn’t working and take initiative to course-correct
- Self-motivated and internally driven; does not rely on external pressure to complete core responsibilities
- Highly self-sufficient with the ability to independently prioritize workload and manage time without constant direction
- Proven ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and follow-through
- Maintains composure in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Natural self-starter who leads their work, proactively prioritizes team needs, and does not wait for tasks to be assigned
- Comfortable with performance metrics and high-volume outreach
- HS diploma or GED required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred - 401(k) match
