Pay: $17.00 – $20.49/hour
Classification: Non-Exempt (Eligible for Overtime)
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift

Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton’s leading full-service senior living community, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents through exceptional care, hospitality, and service. We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers / CNAs to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team on the day shift
.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, working as part of a supportive team, and building meaningful relationships with residents.

• Meaningful work supporting residents’ independence and dignity
• Collaborative care team environment
• Opportunities to build strong relationships with residents and families
• Stable full-time schedule with benefits eligibility

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and personal care needs
• Respond promptly to resident call systems and emergency pendants
• Escort residents to activities and encourage engagement in community life
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the care team
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident environments
• Document care and services provided according to care plans

• CNA certification (preferred or required per state regulation)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience working with older adults or in a healthcare setting preferred
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, patience, strong communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide person-centered care
