Pay: $16.00 – $17.20/hour

Classification: Non-Exempt (Eligible for Overtime)

Schedule: Full-Time with weekend rotation

Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton’s leading full-service senior living community, committed to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members. We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to help maintain our community to the highest standards of cleanliness and care.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and values making a positive difference in the daily lives of others.

• Clean resident apartments, guest rooms, and common areas
• Follow Touchmark Gold Standards for cleanliness and safety
• Use proper infection control and safety practices
• Report maintenance concerns such as damaged flooring or light outages
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete daily assignments
• Provide friendly, respectful service to residents and guests

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience helpful (training provided)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work around pets and in an active environment
• Willingness to work some weekends or holidays as needed
• Compassionate attitude and desire to work with older adults
