What You’ll Do as a Caregiver- Assist with daily routines and personal care
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light household tasks
- Bring dignity, comfort, and reassurance to seniors and their families
- Support seniors’ independence while giving families confidence
- Full‑time employees begin accruing PTO immediately (available after 90 days)

- Complete the Certified Direct Care Professional (CDCP) program
