Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (LTC, Float)
Theda Care -  - Responsibilities:
Performs delegated patient care activities using evidence-based practice and specific competencies for the resident population served;
Assists in meeting the care needs of the resident in collaboration with the care team to ensure quality, cost-effective, safe resident care;
Demonstrates clinical expertise in the provision of care in the long term and rehabilitative care setting of the skilled nursing facility;
Performs and documents resident cares including personal hygiene, mobility, activities of daily living, and ensures the care environment promotes resident safety;
Checks resident vitals, height, and weight as needed based on care plan
