Team and ResponsibilitiesEpic is seeking bright, motivated individuals to join our growing Billing Services team. Our goal is to help organizations using Epic improve revenue cycle metrics by posting payments and denials, resolving credit balances, and calling payers to follow up on outstanding or unpaid claims. Members of this team will also have the chance to learn the technology from an end user standpoint and provide feedback for system optimization.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills
- Medical billing certificate and/or relevant work experience
- Familiarity with medical terminology and remittance/denial codes preferred
- Live within 45 minutes of Epic’s campus in Verona, WI
- COVID-19 vaccination
