- Work forty to forty‑eight hours minimum per week.
- Must be flexible with hours, being able to work days, evenings, weekends, and other shifts as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Maintain a valid driver's license.
- Be mentally and physically capable of assisting residents based on their needs.
- Have a strong passion for helping others with mental and physical disabilities.
- Prefer candidates to have at least two to three years of caregiving experience.
