Pay for a Float Caregiver, also known as a Float Direct Support Specialist, now starting at $18.55 per hour plus

About Agape of Appleton: A non‑profit human services agency traj‑providing residential support services toeed individuals with differing abilities.

• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, making meals, toileting, and transportation.
• Float between two toекты toce programs.
• Work forty to forty‑eight hours minimum per week.
• Must be flexible with hours, being able to work days, evenings, weekends, and other shifts as needed.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Maintain a valid driver's license.
• Be mentally and physically capable of assisting residents based on their needs.
• Have a strong passion for helping others with mental and physical disabilities.
• Prefer candidates to have at least two to three years of caregiving experience.
• Visa sponsorship is not offered; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
