A local community organization in Wisconsin is seeking a Teen Leadership Coordinator/Waterfront Supervisor for a full-time seasonal position. This role involves supervising youth participants in the Teen Leadership Program, overseeing waterfront safety, and providing leadership training. Ideal candidates will have prior camp experience, strong communication skills, and must be certified in First Aid, CPR, and Lifeguarding. The position works Monday to Friday from June through mid-August, with some required overnight shifts.
