| Not Specified | | Bonus Offered: | None | |  |Opportunity Details Theda Care  is seeking a Physiatry physician to join our expanding team at Theda Care Orthopedic, Spine & Pain in Appleton, WI.
* Highly collaborative Multispecialty group all in one location. Integrated collegial culture. Practice conducive to high producing volumes due to growth strategy.
* 100% in clinic:
Clinic case mix includes typical physiatry DX including but not limited to all spine and neurological outpatient. EMG competent, proficient in modalities such and clinic-based US guided injections etc.
* INPT call rotation Nights and weekends  (for IPR and inpt consults)
* Dedicated CMA;  shared Triage nurses dedicated to Pain and PM and R
* Outreach to Oshkosh (1 day/week)
* 18- 27 in a 9 hr day
* Team consists of:  + APC:
PM and R 1:
Pain 4.5 FTE  + Orthopedic Service Line at Legacy Theda Care is 57  (Pain, Physiatry, PC SM, Ortho Surg, and Walk IN)

The Neenah clinic is equipped with imaging, MRI, neurodiagnostic and procedure labs, making Neuroscience Group a convenient choice for patients wishing to complete their testing in one location.
