This position is located in Northeast Wisconsin as part of an innovative collaboration between Children’s Wisconsin, Bellin Health and Theda Care. These top-quality health care organizations are partnering to improve the health and well-being of children and adolescents in Northeast Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan through a collaboration called Connected for Kids. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with primary and specialty care providers at these organizations to improve patient outcomes.

The connection between the organizations helps position our physicians to successfully support the needs of patients and their families.

The Northeast Wisconsin region features Fortune 500 companies, growing communities, excellent colleges, award-winning health care, performing arts and live music, professional sports (NFL) and abundant recreational opportunities. It includes the Fox Cities, which are 19 communities along the Fox River in East Central Wisconsin, as well as the greater Green Bay area and Door County. Our Eye Program at Children’s Wisconsin proudly treats more than 12,000 children each year. Parents from Wisconsin and surrounding state trust their kids' eye health to our team of qualified ophthalmologists and optometrists. Our specialists have the most pediatric eye care experience in the region and are actively involved in clinical research studies, including national studies funded by the National Institutes of Health.

We offer children premier, comprehensive pediatric ophthalmologic, optometric and orthoptic care. Whether your child needs a routine eye exam or diagnosis and treatment for eye disease, our team of experts can readily collaborate to offer the best possible care.

• Medical degree (MD, DO, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility Ophthalmology.
• State medical licensure, or eligibility to obtain license, in the state of Wisconsin.
