Foward Dental Appleton is hiring a full-time hygienist.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 7:30AM-5:00PM. NO LATE NIGHTS! NO WEEKENDS!
Bi-weekly, hourly pay ($45-$50) + ability to opt into Daily Pay to receive paycheck as earned. Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses. We have Arestin, iTero + CE coverage available. Full time is a minimum of 30 hours to receive the full benefits package including United Healthcare PPO Health Care, paid holidays, 401k, dental, vision, wellness benefits and more. As a Dental Hygienist
, you’ll be an integral member of the patient care team, receiving robust hygiene mentorship and educational offerings to enhance your clinical skills and provide exceptional lifetime care to patients.

- Current dental hygienist license in Wisconsin and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening and medical history documentation.
- CPR Certification.
- Open to new grads or seasoned hygienist.
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems.
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health.
- Clinical needs as required by office.
- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position.
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year.
- A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN.
