Membership is open to those living or working in Winnebago, Outagamie, Waushara, Waupaca, and Calumet counties in Wisconsin.
This is a three-quarters time (25-30 hours), on-site role for a Member Service Representative located in Appleton, WI. The Member Service Representative will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, assisting members with their financial needs using a TCR (Teller Cash Recycler), handling phone and in-person inquiries, and processing transactions. Daily tasks include opening and closing sub shares, providing information on products and services, assisting with the vault and ATMs, and troubleshooting any account issues.
The representative will also comply with credit union policies and regulations.
- Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Computer Literacy
- Basic understanding of Finance and financial products
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior experience in a similar role or in the financial industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in finance or banking are a plus
