We’re looking for an Operator in heavy civil construction for our upcoming season, responsible for operating several types of power construction equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Equipment includes dozers, excavators, rollers, loaders, haul trucks, motor graders and skid steers.

Projects will vary by location throughout the local area or the state. Reliable transportation and/or willingness to travel to any job site is required as needed.

• Valid Driver’s License and a satisfactory driving record.
• GPS Machine Control knowledge preferred.
• Class A CDL preferred.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, early mornings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions, and in dirty and dusty environments.
• Membership in the appropriate trade union or willingness to become a union member (union membership is not required prior to employment).
• Prior experience in road building, earth moving, site grading, landscaping, or sewer/water.
