Professional Services Group is hiring for the Supervised Visitation program in Outagamie County. This part‑time position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in families’ lives.

Join our Supervised Parenting Time program and provide court‑ordered supervision for children placed in temporary foster care and their families. You will arrange and supervise visits, observe interactions, and transport children to and from visits when necessary.

• Utilize knowledge of child development to conduct safe, supervised visits.
• Ensure visits are positive and interactive, monitoring child/family interaction.
• Redirect families and provide feedback as needed.
• Safely transport individuals to and from visits.
• Use judgment to intervene as an advocate for clients in emergency and crisis situations.
• Provide documentation within established time frames.

Appleton, WI. Local travel is required; mileage will be reimbursed. Part‑time, 20 hours per week during evenings and/or weekends.

Salary: $17.00‑$18.00 per hour.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with automobile insurance.
• Minimum:
  High School Diploma or equivalent;
  Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related preferred.
• Prior experience in childcare or social work preferred.
