Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton’s leading full-service senior living community, committed to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members. We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day operations.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who enjoys coaching others, maintaining high standards, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Lead, train, schedule, and support housekeeping team members
• Conduct daily stand‑up meetings to reinforce teamwork and standards
• Perform and oversee housekeeping, janitorial, and laundry duties
• Maintain cleanliness of resident apartments, common areas, and offices
• Establish and manage daily, weekly, and long‑term cleaning schedules
• Ensure proper infection control, safety, and lifting practices
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and inventory
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Promote a culture of customer service, teamwork, and accountability

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of housekeeping supervisory or management experience
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, infection control, and safety practices
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
