Finance & Sales Support Coordinator

Fireline Sprinkler, LLC is a full-service fire protection contractor specializing in the design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of commercial fire sprinkler systems. Our mission statement reflects our purpose: "Your Life Safety is Our Life's Work."

• Complete the job set up process in the accounting system, ensuring accurate and timely configuration of project details.
• Work with the sales team to facilitate projects through the booking process by ensuring adherence to all checklist requirements.
• Generate and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Administer the commission process from initial setup to final payment for qualifying projects.
• Monitor accounts receivable (A/R) aging reports to ensure compliance and proactively conducting collection calls as needed.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly reconciliation of A/R aging to customer invoices. Ensure A/R aging in the company's ERP system in accurate and consistent with customer billings as well as payments received in the bank.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  
  Excellent communication, customer service, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting processes is a plus.
• Associate degree in administrative, business, or similar field preferred.
