Position: Payments Coordinator

PAYMENTS COORDINATOR (On-site | Appleton, WI)

Overview:

Agilex Business Solutions is a growing organization that offers a unique ePayables program for businesses. Agilex delivers a payment solution that increases security, drives internal efficiencies, and strengthens relationships between clients and their vendors.

The Payments Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Agilex clients with their payment-related needs. This position ensures smooth, accurate processing and helps maintain the high level of service our clients expect.

Payments Coordinator Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and process daily payments using proprietary software
  • Track, reconcile, and drive transactions for client payment files
  • Communicate with clients to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Create customized reports based on client needs
  • Perform data entry and generate internal reports
  • Prepare weekly Excel reports
  • Support the Managing Director with projects and tasks
  • Complete additional duties as assigned
Payments Coordinator

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in accounting or finance
  • Experience with outbound phone calls preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
