We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Butcher to join our team at our location in Apple Valley, MN. The Butcher will be responsible for preparing and cutting meat products for sale to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of different cuts of meat, as well as experience with various butchering techniques.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cut meat products according to customer specifications
- Ensure all meat products are handled and stored properly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions about meat products
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Proven experience as a Butcher
- Knowledge of different cuts of meat and butchering techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
