• Maintain a clean, well‑kept parking lot and ensure carts are ready and available.
• Assist members with loading vehicles and retrieving carts.
• Sweep and perform safety checks of the facility.
• Offer product assistance and answer member questions.
• Process member purchases and handle payments using cash registers.
• Resolve member issues, provide alternative product options, and promote company services.
• Maintain member satisfaction by greeting, thanking, and providing a positive attitude.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including the Open Door Policy.
• Coordinate with managers and co‑workers to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and adapt to change.

Preferred qualifications:

Strong customer‑service orientation, ability to stand for long periods, multitasking and problem‑solving skills, and prior retail or customer‑service experience.
