As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates (providing makeup application, skin care advice, hair or fragrance consultations) you will combine creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights our customers.
You will also work as part of a high‑performing team to create impact with in‑store events and ensure that the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors.
While certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, we also welcome applicants with beginner‑level expertise. Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is highly valued, and we are equally open to those looking to develop their skills in these areas. Qualifications- Retail experience preferred; applicants with amateur‑level experience who can demonstrate high levels of creativity and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
