Overview

Base pay range: $19.00/hr - $26.00/hr the hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $26.00. The actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in specific circumstances.

Primary responsibilities include developing and supporting Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals. You will also be involved in safeguarding facility safety, fulfilling order processing for Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull, and providing Member service to assist with purchasing decisions, resolve issues, and promote products and services.

Additional duties include adhering to safety standards and guidelines, following proper forklift procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions. You will collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners to prioritize tasks and communicate progress.

• Develops and supports Membership by providing information on benefits and promoting products and services.
• Processes Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; participates in sales and marketing events; aims to meet Membership goals.
• Maintains facility safety by following safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, forklift procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Fulfills orders (Fax n Pull and Click n Pull) by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, packing, and ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices; securing items for Members and addressing out-of-stock items.
• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Adheres to company policies and standards of ethics and integrity; demonstrates the Open Door Policy and a culture of belonging.
• Works as a team, communicates with impact, and contributes to a positive work environment.
