. This role is a crucial part of our front‑end team, greeting members, operating registers, and supporting the self‑checkout experience. You will be the first, last, or sometimes only associate interacting with members, so a friendly smile, efficient service, and a clean work area are essential.

Our Member Frontline Cashier Associates are the heart of our front end. You play a major role in how members feel in the club and when they leave. The pace can be fast, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday season. You may need to juggle scanning items, processing payments, and maintaining a clean area while ensuring members receive excellent service.

Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting and hazardous material handling procedures, and reporting unsafe situations to facility management. Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues, promoting company products, and providing guidance on self‑service technology. Process member purchases and payments according to company policies, assist with transactions via registers or self‑checkout, zone the area, and organize merchandise.

Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards, and implement action plans as required. Complete work assignments by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers and co‑workers, and communicating progress.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Premiums may be paid in the range of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour under specific circumstances.
