As a Shift Leader, you collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team, set morale, coach members, and take full ownership of opening and closing the store with minimal supervision. You ensure the quality of food and beverages, maintain a safe and clean environment, and prepare the team for a great guest experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years or older
• Available to work varied hours, including early mornings (as early as 3 am) and weekends
• Pass background check as required
• Obtain Serv Safe certification before completion of leadership training
• Current, valid state‑issued driver’s license (preferred; required at certain locations)
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations

$11.67 – $18.67 per hour. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. Rates reflect what the employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position.
